  • You remain fully responsible for:

    • Emergency response
    • Risk mitigation

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or exploit the system
  • Not rely solely on the system for life-critical decisions
  • Maintain backup safety protocols

5. Data & Inputs

You retain ownership of:

You grant us a limited license to:

  • Process data to provide the Service
  • Improve system performance (unless otherwise agreed)

6. AI Outputs

  • Outputs are generated by machine learning models
